These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VendorPro mobile application ("App") and this website ("Site"). By downloading, installing, or using VendorPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VendorPro.

1. Description of Service

VendorPro is a mobile billing and route management application designed for newspaper vendors, distributors, and subscription-based delivery agencies. The App provides tools for customer management, monthly bill generation, WhatsApp bill dispatch, and Bluetooth thermal receipt printing.

VendorPro is a software tool. It does not provide accounting, legal, or financial advisory services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use VendorPro. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use VendorPro beyond initial exploration, you must register with your business name, owner name, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your device secure. Each account is bound to a specific device using hardware-level identifiers.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial upon first installation. The trial provides access to core features with a limited customer capacity. No payment information is required during the trial. Only one free trial is permitted per physical device.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

After the trial period, continued access to VendorPro requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the App and on this website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated from time to time.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Subscriptions are non-recurring — each subscription must be renewed manually when it expires. There are no automatic charges.

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except via the built-in device transfer feature), limited license to use VendorPro on a single device for the duration of your subscription.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use the App on more than one device simultaneously under a single license
• Attempt to circumvent licensing, trial restrictions, or device binding
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Device Transfer

VendorPro includes a device transfer feature that allows you to move your subscription from one phone to another. Transfers require approval from the currently active device or, in case of a lost or broken phone, manual approval by our support team upon identity verification.

8. Your Data

Your business data (customer records, bills, payment ledgers, receipts) is stored entirely on your device. VendorPro does not have access to, and is not responsible for, the backup, security, or recovery of your locally stored business data. You are encouraged to use the in-app backup feature to create regular local backups.

Account and licensing data (registration details, device identifiers, subscription status) is stored in our cloud database for operational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

VendorPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, theft, or accidental deletion of locally stored data
• We are not liable for any financial loss, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use VendorPro
• Our total liability for any claim related to VendorPro shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system. Upon termination, your locally stored business data remains on your device.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of VendorPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
