This Privacy Policy describes how VendorPro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the VendorPro mobile application ("App") and this website ("Site"). By using VendorPro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide During Registration

When you register within the VendorPro app, we collect:

• Business name
• Owner name
• Mobile phone number
• City (optional)

This information is used to create your vendor account and is stored in our secure cloud database managed by Google Cloud Firestore.

1.2 Device & Installation Information

To enforce license security and prevent unauthorized use, we collect:

• A hashed device identifier derived from your Android device
• A randomly generated installation identifier stored on your phone
• An anonymous Firebase Authentication user identifier
• Device model, platform, and app version

These identifiers are used solely for license verification and device binding. They do not identify you personally.

1.3 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. Razorpay handles all payment data under their own privacy and security policies.

We receive and store Razorpay order identifiers and payment status confirmations for transaction tracking purposes.

1.4 Your Business Data (Customer Records)

VendorPro does NOT collect, transmit, or store your business data. All customer records, billing information, payment ledgers, receipt images, and delivery route data are stored exclusively on your local device in Excel spreadsheet format. This data is never sent to our servers, cloud databases, or any third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your VendorPro account
• To verify your subscription status and enforce licensing
• To process subscription payments via Razorpay
• To enable device transfer features when you change phones
• To communicate important product updates or maintenance notifications
• To maintain system security and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

Account and licensing data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access controlled by Cloudflare Workers (our serverless backend). Access to this data is restricted by security rules that prevent unauthorized reads and writes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), cryptographic license tokens, and strict access controls.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Razorpay — for processing subscription payments (subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
• Google Cloud / Firebase — for authentication and secure data storage (subject to Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Law enforcement — if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and licensing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you wish to have your account data removed, please contact us at the email address below.

Account data is retained for 12 months after subscription expiry.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about your account
• Request correction of inaccurate account information
• Request deletion of your account data (subject to legal obligations)

7. Children's Privacy

VendorPro is a business application intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
